Fears are growing for a British tourist who vanished during a rugby lads trip to Spain two days ago.
Gregor Thomson, 21, was visiting Madrid with his teammates and girlfriend when he disappeared on Friday.
An appeal by his friend Liv Anderson describes him as 6ft1 with an athletic, solid build and brown hair.
She wrote: ‘He is part of a rugby team from Scotland and was with his teammates at the bar.
‘They all left together however he returned to the bar on his own to retrieve something he had left. He has not been seen since then.

‘His teammates and captain had been at the police station yesterday (Sat 26th), and the police officially named him as a missing person last night.
‘His phone is dead (most likely) and we don’t know if he has ID on him or knows exactly where he is, as it was their first day and he does not know Madrid.
‘If anyone has seen him or has any information please reach out immediately. Please share this if you can, to help spread the word. Call 112 for police.’
The Spanish Eye has contacted the British Embassy in Madrid for comment.
