British mother is found ‘alive and well’ after disappearing in Tenerife

A British mother who disappeared while holidaying on the Spanish island of Tenerife has been found alive and well.

Named only as Lynn, she had not been seen since 11am on Saturday.

She was staying in the Los Cristianos resort on the south of the island with her husband.

Her daughter Alison Frances had written in an online appeal: ‘My mum has been missing since 11am, her name is Lynn, she has dementia and we are really worried about her.

Found: Lynn had vanished from Los Cristianos at 11am on Saturday

‘My dad has been out with police and is currently at the police station. They are staying in Los Cristianos.’

Missing Persons Tenerife confirmed to the Spanish Eye on Sunday that Lynn had been located and was ‘okay’.
