A 30-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested for repeatedly threatening to kill the president of Valencia.
The unnamed suspect allegedly used a popular social media platform to make the threats to Carlos Mazon over a three-month period.

The Policia Nacional today confirmed that he was arrested last Wednesday and was brought before a court the following day.
He is said to have used an anonymous profile to publish the threats to Mazon’s life.
Mazon is under pressure to resign over his handling of the deadly DANA disaster last October, which saw more than 220 people lose their lives.
In the wake of the tragedy, questions emerged over what could have been done to save lives, with Mazon accused of being too slow to act.
Crucially, alerts were not sent to mobile phones until well after many streams had burst their banks and carried people away in their cars – despite state weather agency Aemet issuing a red alert (the most severe), hours earlier.
There have been six mass demonstrations calling for Mazon to resign over the past few months.
The most recent took place last weekend and saw more than 25,000 people take to the streets.
The mass demonstration on Saturday involved more than 200 NGOs, trade unions and other groups.
