THIS is the moment a boat carrying up to a dozen migrants was filmed landing on a beach in Ibiza.
The footage shared online shows the white vessel arriving to Platja d’en Bossa on Friday morning.
According to Diario de Ibiza, locals witnessed the boat arriving at around 7.30am, before 11 men jumped out and ran towards the nearby road.
Eye witnesses told the same Spanish newspaper that there were no minors or women on board.
It came just hours after another boat carrying 21 migrants landed on nearby Formentera.
The 11 migrants in Ibiza, all of North African origin, were later detained by the Guardia Civil and Sant Josep local police.
In Formentera, the migrants were intercepted on the Pilar de la Mola road at 3.55am.
A total of 21 people of North African origin were recorded, with authorities reporting they were in good health.
The number of migrant arrivals continues unabated in Spain so far this year, as do the number of bodies washing up in the Balearic Islands.
Mallorca has seen six bodies wash ashore in March alone. The latest body was discovered in Cala Mesquida at around 5.30pm on Monday.
The corpse, in an advanced state of decomposition, was wearing an orange life jacket and was not carrying any ID.
